Time to DETOX.....A Detox is not a long term diet or basically not a diet it is to cleanse your system.
I want to DETOX my body until from July 27 until September 1st.
The Detox will change every 2 or 3 weeks Basically NO DIARY, NO SUGAR, NO MEAT
Week 1: Oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast, veggie and fruits for lunch and dinner.
Week 2-3: Protein Shakes for breakfast, veggies or fruit for the rest of the meals
Week 4-6: Juices and shakes for any meal out of the day and of course veggies or fruit
THIS IS NOT A DIET ITS A DETOX I WILL RESUME A SIMILAR BUT HEALTHIER DIET IN WEEK 7 just adding back PROTEIN EITHER FROM LEAN CHICKEN OR SHRIMP and of Course HEALTHY CARBS. WISH ME LUCK
