Many women dread lifting weights or their own body weights in fear of getting what they call "bulky". NEWS FLASH lifting weights does not automatically mean your going to look like the female "Arnold Schwarznegger" unless your training and taking supplements to look like that. SO get that thought out your head and pick up some weights. Im Guilty of being a CARDIO JUNKIE but its Time to pick up some weights, melt away fat by building muscle, and help form this shape thats hiding under all this flab.
